1. Where do you get your products?
x Google. :D That’s the vaguest and clearest answer. xD

2. What is the difference between “Batch Orders” and “In-stock Orders?” 
x For batch orders, it’s strictly ordered by batches (in bulk), it is the cheapest, however you will have to wait a while to get your items. For in-stock orders, you will get your items immediately after payment is received; of course it will be more expensive due to less wait, and inconvenience for us because of shipping. 

3. Can I order from all the different types (Immediate, Batch, & Instock)?
x Yes, you can. However, you will have to have them all separated. So if you order from all three, then you must have three separate order forms. You can have it in the same email though.

4. What currency do you accept?
x We only accept payments in USD. For Paypal payments, please just convert the currency. 

5. What types of payment do you accept?
x We only accept Concealed cash (AYOR) and Paypal.
No other payment methods are accepted. No exception, we will send it back.

6. How do you send out concealed cash?
x You just send it out like any other mail. So you put your money inside an envelope (be sure to hide it well! wrap the money around paper; make sure you can’t see the money when you raise it up to a light source). Once you confirm your order, I will send you where to send your payment. o: Then you just send it out like any other mail.

7. Are we allowed to send coins?
x No, we will round your total.

8. Did you receive my concealed cash payment yet?
x Please check the status page. If your name is not bolded, then I did not receive it yet. We update daily, so please check again tomorrow.

9. My order was shipped a long time ago, but I didn’t get it yet? I think it’s lost/stolen! 
x I’m sorry, but we cannot resend, or refund, any items without any proof. We feel bad that you didn’t get your items, but if you don’t buy tracking we can’t do anything about it. I’m sorry, but we can’t. 

If it’s broken, we will not refund either. Please order bubble wrap for the low fee of $1.

10. How do I know I can trust you? 
x If you don’t trust us, don’t order from us. It’s simple. We’re not going to persuade you into trusting and/or buying from us if you’re just “debating” on it. 

Batch Order Questions:

1. When do we receive our items?
x It’ll take about 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive.
You will get it shortly after it has arrived and been shipped out.

2. Why does the items take so long to be shipped out?
x Because we’re ordering it by batches. Trust us, it’s cheaper this way; it’ll save you money. 

3. What does “Shipped” mean?
x “Shipped” means that shipping is already included in the total.

4. How much is shipping?
x Shipping is based on your item total’s weight. :D We will calculate it as soon as you send us an order form.

5. Do you ship internationally? 
x Yes we do, for a small fee of $1.00. International = Not Canada or US. 

In-Stock Order Questions:

1. When do we receive our items?
x For “in-stock” order, we will ship your order immediately after payment is received.

2. Why is it more expensive than the batch items?
x The items are more expensive, because we have to ship the items out ourselves, and you do not have to wait for the batch to end. 

3. When will you have more “in-stock” items?
x We’ll have more in-stock items when they’re running low.

4. I think the prices are too expensive!
x For in-stock items only, you can negotiate a price. However, please be reasonable.

x We don’t take requests.

x We are not responsible for any lost payment.

x Bubble Wrap ($1.00) is used so items do not break and are very secure.
x Tracking ($1.00) is bought so you can track your package online and if it gets lost, we will refund you. Without tracking, we will not refund you if you think it’s lost.
